We don’t visit IHOP but maybe once or twice a year, so when we do I hope to receive satisfactory service. Without fail this location came through. I took my kids there for dinner and our server, Melissa, was great. She was fast, attentive, and the place was clean. Our food was delicious and she filled our drinks before I even had to ask for a refill. I know when it gets busy that can be a challenge for some servers but when one stays on top of it then it makes the going out to eat experience even better. We left fat and happy so thank you to the staff and I hope you continue to receive great reviews for your food and great service. I would recommend and definitely come back to this location in the future.

Stopped by IHOP and had a really good experience. The food was good and the service was even better. Kaliyah was very attentive, polite, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Definitely appreciate good customer service when you come across it.

Brandon provided amazing service at the IHOP on 380 University Dr. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, respectful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He constantly checked in, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s rare to find service this professional and friendly nowadays.
