The dining area was kept clean , however the restroom was not clean, actually pretty disgusting. Our server was nice, however one server was hollering at another server from across the room while the server was taking an order. Very unprofessional

We have live in Georgetown almost 20 years and ihop went downhill right after covid but this winter 2026 decided to give it another try New management kicked in this year and have come several times this year and Abdul out waitresses has been very kind and great service

Ihop food overall isn't what it used to be but it's as good as you expect. The biscuits and gravy were actually very good. I do recommend. Our server was great and very attentive. I wish I had gotten her name

Our server America was 10 out of 10 so attentive, very charming very nice. Our experience was very pleasant. Our food came out promptly. It was all very good. My family is impressed with the new servers that they have. So next time you go in ask for America.

Great Experience with Vanessa at IHOP Georgetown We had a lovely visit to the Georgetown IHOP. The store was very clean, though we did have to wait a few minutes at the front since no one was there to greet us—just a "wait to be seated" sign. Once we were at our table, Vanessa took great care of us. She is such a pleasant person and a good server, making sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. When our appetizer arrived with overcooked chicken, she handled the issue quickly and professionally. Thanks, Vanessa, for the great service!

I had the best experience at this location, Gigi was my server and I have to say she was very attentive, she made sure to get my kiddos food first, to have my drink full all the time, you need to ask for her!!
