I usually visit while I'm getting my tires done because it's located right next door, but Jess is so friendly and invites me back so warmly that I've found myself visiting every time I'm in Portland for breakfast. Don't sleep on the poblano Benedict or the protein pancakes!

IHOP is pretty good food at a pretty good price. Many times the wife and I can eat. Off of one large breakfast plate. Considering they pretty much all come with a couple of pancakes. We had a daughter in law from Europe who had never seen pancakes and so. IHOP was always a special stop anytime she visited.

Service was excellent, waitress was very responsive and respectful. Food came in pretty quick for the amount of people that were there and place was extremely clean due to the hard work of the cleaners and DMOs. Phenomenal experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Vicky! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and handled every request with a smile. Our food arrived quickly and exactly as ordered, and Vicky's positive attitude made the entire meal even more enjoyable.
