The parking lot was quite empty with many spots to park during my Sunday dinner. The restaurant itself had no one else except for my group. The atmosphere was very clean, tables wiped down, shining, nothing in the floors. My waiter was welcoming and easy to talk to. My big steak omelette was hot and ready-to-eat within 10 minutes. With a side of golden hash-browns, it was delicious.

I absolutely love this IHOP! Friendly, attentive, and customer-centered staff. My meals are always prepared correctly and yes, I am very specific when it comes to my food. They always seat me and take my order with a smile. Also, by far the cleanest restrooms of any IHOP I’ve been to.

Service the Terrell location was pleasant and really good (waitress Teresa had good food recommendations and was attentive to all the customers). For the family, small town atmosphere, as well as some good food, this is one of the better iHops for sure.
