I came here for lunch got the big steak omelette with pancakes. The food was amazing. The server was amazing. It was Ashley I. she made sure all my needs were taken care at all times. I would absolutely recommend this location of IHOP.

Great experience overall! Only complaint is that the food was kind of cold when it came out? The plates where hot but the food was not. It was still yummy & came out really quick! Natalia was also a great server! Attentive, kind & welcoming. This is one of the cleaner, more inviting and quality ihops I’ve been too. Would return!

I am a regular customer and would appreciate a return to the previous “bottomless coffee” service, where a small pot was placed at each table. To minimize waste, customers could simply inform their server how many cups they expect to consume.

We had a great experience this time around. The service was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Went early in the morning. Not busy although we had some noisy kids behind us but comes with the territory our server "Ingrid" was perfect very polite and super attentive not in a bad way overall great experience
