IHOP is a good place to eat breakfast/brunch. I came into this IHOP thinking it was a bad place to eat breakfast at, I was wrong today was a good day to eat IHOP. I walked in here to think the lowest expectations but every one here was so friendly from the start, then we got our food and I was just amazed. We got stuff off of the value meals and my first thought was it’s going to be terrible because it was only 6$ but I was just surprised it was so good.

Giselle was the greatest waitress i have ever met throughout anyone else that was ever there, she’s fast, kind, and generous as well, she communicated exactly when the food would be ready and checked up on us time to time, If you get her as ur server you will be in very good hands.

As a long time resident of Lorton, we have been coming here for years. It has been a hit and miss for us. Since the addition of Liz Klunk, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Everyone made us feel valued, and the service was prompt and courteous. The food was fresh and enjoyable. Excellent customer service made for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Our server, Tiva was very professional and curious. She made sure our order came out hot and at the same time. She checked on us frequently to ensure we didn’t need anything and our drinks were full. Ensuring we didn’t need any extra condiments. I would recommend her as your server. Thank you Tiva for a wonderful experience.

I came into IHOP today on my late brothers birthday. I had a birthday coupon with his name on it, and seeing his name meant a lot to me. I was so happy IHOP even sent this coupon home. When I was first told the coupon would need to be taken, I became emotional because I wanted to keep it as a memory. Once I explained the situation, my server Tiva showed me tremendous kindness and compassion. She not only found a way to let me keep the coupon, but she also sat with me for a while, listened to me, shared some of her own experiences, and helped me feel better during a very difficult moment. I came in just wanting to have a meal and feel connected to my Irish twin brother for a little while as it’s been hard everyday especially with my birthday being around the corner. Her empathy made a lasting impact on me, and I’m very grateful for the kindness she showed a stranger today. IHOP needs to send her on an exclusive all paid vacation and increase her pay for real! Thanks Tiva, the world needs more people like you.
