I had a wonderful breakfast at IHOP and couldn't be happier with my experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and served exactly as ordered. From the first bite to the last, everything tasted great and made for the perfect start to my day. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. What truly made my visit exceptional was my server, Mandie. She was friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service throughout my meal. She checked on me regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Mandie went above and beyond to make my breakfast experience memorable, and her professionalism and kindness deserve recognition. I look forward to returning and hope to be served by her again.

We had a great/ delicious breakfast at IHOP in Warrenton, Angie was our server and she was very attentive, friendly and gave us great customer service, we will definitely come back and ask for her.

My wife and I drove to this location from Culpeper because it's that much better than the IHOP there. Warrenton is always spot on with the food, the service, and the overall cleanliness. Especially today, the food came out perfect and our server was very polite and attentive the whole visit.

One of the cleanest IHOP I have been to. We were waited on my Dawson. He was polite, informative, and helpful. It took about 20 min to get out food which was slightly longer than our expectation, but it was very well prepared. Over all we had one of the best experiences we have ever had at any of the IHOPs we visited over several decades.

We LOVE the Warrenton IHOP! It feels like a home-away-from-home — clean, comfortable, friendly, and welcoming. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and the menu has something for everyone, including IHOP’s famous pancakes served all day. The prices are very, very reasonable for what you get. What really makes this location special is how involved it is in the community. The franchise owner has made thoughtful improvements like starting the Wednesday half-off senior special at 12 noon and offering Kids Eat Free on Tuesday afternoons and evenings, which many families appreciate. The kids eat free special is also geared to single parents because one adult meal can get two free kids meals. They also support local organizations. Our church was able to hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper in one of their side rooms, which turned into a wonderful community event. When a restaurant treats its staff well, you can tell — the servers here are enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. If you’re looking for dependable food, great service, and a restaurant that truly cares about the community, the Warrenton IHOP is a great place to visit.

The food arrived cold AND the poor kid who was our server couldn't get our orders right. BTW just because we order off the seniors menu doesn't mean you should send 1/2 cooked food. The eggs we sent back twice and they never got our hash browns right.
