Part of my daily routine is visiting the team at the Jane Lew IHOP and ordering either the fried shrimp or a grilled cheese on multigrain bread with the tomato basil soup. Since the natural disaster occurred on July 21st that flooded the basement of IHOP the days are not the same. It has been 16 days since the restaurant has been open and the only delay is the lack of a boiler being purchased, which means that is 17 days that this team has not been able to work or get paid. This team has become part of my extended family and my days are not the same.

Had a WONDERFUL experience! The service was AWESOME! My husband got his "Cackleberry" on pancake... I got the Bacon Avacado Ranch Burger with Onion Rings. You could pull the onion from the inside!!! Loved it all! Adam is exceptional!

While visiting the Jane Lew, WV area, I stopped at IHOP and was very impressed by a supervisor, trainer, or manager who appeared to be training new staff. I believe his name was Ryan. He was patient, thorough, and clearly focused on customer service while coaching the team and answering the phone. With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I can usually recognize a standout employee—and you definitely have one here. Ryan’s professionalism and dedication to training the staff were exceptional.

This visit was the redemption we needed. After some very awful experiences since this place opened, I can honestly say I think it’s going to keep getting better. We finally have some competent people running it behind the scenes and our last visit was amazing. I am looking forward to coming back soon! Treeya and Adam are going to restore this restaurant to the ihop we know, love, and expect. If you’ve ever had a negative experience, I recommend you come try it now and express your concerns. They care and they will help you to leave feeling much better. Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. Thank you!

Nothing but perfection about this IHOP, Destiny my server was very welcoming and also polite. They said they had 1 cook but the food came out in less than 6 minutes, the food was also so good. I would rate 6 stars if Google let me.
