The waitress Claray is incredibly nice, the food was incredible and toasty and hot coco was awesome, good music and friendly atmosphere and it wasn't too loud although it is 12:00 am. I will definitely keep coming back

Graveyard shift here is freaking crazy bro the service was fast as heck and the food was phenomenal. Our waitress Clara was the best waitress I’ve ever had. GET THE PANCAKES!!!!!!!!!

We had Austin and he was quite literally the best server I’ve ever had in my entire life. The way he interacts with customers is just so exciting and it’s so good to see in a nurturing world full of mean people, and just not really waiters that seem to care about you, but Austin was different. Thank you Austin for making servers king again.

I always enjoy coming to IHOP! The service is great, and I’ve really been impressed with the new servers. They are friendly, welcoming, attentive, and make sure you have everything you need throughout your meal. The food is always fresh, hot, and satisfying, and everything we ordered tasted great. It’s nice to come somewhere where you can enjoy good food and be treated so well at the same time. I’m very satisfied with both the food and the service and will definitely keep coming back!

I usually love this place. Im a regular, but whats up with all the new people?? My favorites disappeared and they have an all new staff and the old ones are no longer there.

I had such a great experience at IHOP! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food was delicious, came out fresh and hot, and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. It’s always nice to come somewhere where the staff genuinely cares about their customers. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the wonderful service! ❤️🥞

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was excellent, and the service was even better! Our servers were very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. You can really tell that they work hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. Servers often don’t get enough credit for the amount of effort they put in, especially during busy times. I really appreciate the hard work and positive attitude from the staff here. They definitely deserve more recognition for what they do. Great food, great service, and great people! We’ll definitely be back!

10/10 This was the first time, in my 51 years of life, have I ever ate at an Ihop! My party of 3 came in and was graciously accommodated. We were interacted with and felt welcome and warm. We were wanting to try a little of everything and the menu gave us just that! Our plates were all the same but slightly different! The food exceeding expectations, those silver dollar pancakes were at least a $1.50 a piece! We left hapoy and satisfied. We were just traveling home from a birthday weekend! We stopped in on August 16th!! Thank you staff for a great experience!

Below this first paragraph is my original review. The quality of service has greatly improved since my initial review. The service has generally been great over the last year and the food has remained decent quality. Original review. The food is generally prepared correctly and is tasty, but the service, especially the greeting and seating of customers is shameful. We arrived at 11:15 on a Sunday and the place only had 5 seated tables. There were already two parties standing inside waiting to be seated and not a staff member in sight, other than a middle aged female shuffling around the restaurant who never even looked toward the door. Eventually another employee appeared from the back, but didn't greet any of us. Eventually we did get seated and were seated at a table directly across from the door. In the 45 minutes we were here we watched 7 parties leave because they got tired of being ignored.. At least now I know why this place has never been busy when we've come here.

Olivia was absolutely a delight. She made our first experience at the Marion store so enjoyable. My aunt and I will return and ask for her. I had the breakfast sampler with good coffee and my aunt had the veggie egg whitve omelet with decaf. It was alot of food for us. Thank you Olivia.

Overnight shift , great food , fast service, server mentioned a new cook and she’s definitely up to par! Great duo ! Job well done ladies! We’ll always come back . Food was ok always the food is different every time sometimes u get big plants some u barley get any food we went father for my husband and the only thing he wanted was biscuits and gravy in the gravy was to watery.The server didn't even offer to bring it out to show him what the gravy.Looked like she just said, there's no need to look at it.Cuz.We know it's watery my husband likes thick gravy.That's why we go to ihop and not somewhere else
