I went to IHOP with my family to celebrate my graduation and Sam was absolutely amazing! She was so enthusiastic and genuinely herself, which made the experience feel really welcoming and refreshing compared to the more robotic/service-scripted interactions you sometimes get. She got all of our food perfect, and when part of the order was taking too long, she took the initiative to help finish it herself to make sure we were taken care of. I’m also very particular about my food because of ARFID, and she was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating about it instead of making me feel awkward. She truly made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
