Service was fast and we didn't have much of a wait at all even on a Sunday morning. No. Of caution that if you are ordering off the 55 and up menu that some of the names are the same as the normal things. Just make sure to mention it's off the 55 and up.

I’ve been a regular at this IHOP, and I can genuinely say there’s been a noticeable shift—in the best way. The change in management and staff has clearly improved morale, service, and overall cleanliness. The manager is very intentional about creating a new experience; she even referred to me as a “guest” and quoted my usual order from memory. That level of attentiveness speaks volumes. Also, my server Sam is now my go-to—consistently friendly, efficient, and on point every visit. It feels like a true rebrand, and it’s working.

IHOP let my family decorate a space for my daughter’s birthday. The workers were awesome and they even came and sang a little happy birthday for her. The food for them was good and they had ice cream and cupcake for all the kids which was surprising. For the most part it was great just the food was a little bland but no complaints.

Thank you so much for your great service ! Mal was an excellent server very attentive to the table. The cooks also helped bring the food out in a timely manner. The atmosphere was really calm and also welcoming. 10/10 will recommend and we will definitely be back !

I woke up with a craving for IHOP and went to this restaurant around lunchtime. My food was delicious and was exactly what I was hoping for. The service was even better. A number of different employees greeted me and chatted with me while I was there, and everyone was pleasant and professional. Good job!
