Miss Terry delivered phenomenal customer service to myself. Not only was she on top of her basic duties as a waitress but she did the following: - Asked about my day and made conversation with me such as “are you heading to work” - Informed me of a new coffee treat that she deduced I would be interested in - Brought some extra caramel for my coffee treat to help touch it on She didn’t have to do all this but she did. I always appreciate this kind of tender care from service workers. Thank you iHOP for employing people like Miss Terry! She’s a keeper!

Tina gave us such a great experience when we dined this morning at her location! I ordered the bacon temptation omelet. When it arrived at the table, there was no bacon on top. To say reality did not match expectation (aka menu picture) is an understatement. I brought it to Tina's attention, and she went immediately to make it right! She came back with the bacon crumbles and I was so happy that she advocated for me. It made my day! Thank you, Tina, for your exceptional customer service. Drinks were filled without us asking. She was amazing!
