Shawna is the absolute best, I have never experienced service so prompt professional and courteous. She is always so pleasant and it doesn’t matter the day time or hour she is always ready to service the people. If you don’t know this woman is the leader of this establishment she deserves a raise and a promotion asap. In addition, I have seen Shawna work with disgruntled customers with class and grace, that’s why I’m adamant able making sure that she gets the appropriate credit and she is not taken for granted. I know first hand how it is requires dedication and unselfishness to remain customer friendly and oriented, especially during busy shifts and she navigates this effortlessly. I have a background in customer service and I’m telling you Shawna is a blueprint on how to treat customers right( pay her more and maybe create a class for her to train everyone to operate as she does( I’m sure your establishment will soar above and beyond)
