I love the fact that they are open 24hrs with everything close by midnight most place since COVID. I'm glad some places are open because life doesn't just stop at night.

Amazing food, with great service! Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait when it's late, one server with one cook and they're dealing with serving in store customers online to go orders and door dash orders all coming in at once. But either make the most of it or decide not to just don't be a jerk to the nice hard working ladies that keep your cups filled and is constantly going she isn't the issue. Remember to put yourself in their position and for those that are incapable of doing that than treat her how you would want or expect a stranger to treat your own sister or mother or daughter. Treat them with respect take your frustration out on a pillow or something if your one of those whome never learned to manage your emotions cause if I'm there while one of y'all fly of the rails talking crazy to one of them I will become the issue youre having. So before you go to being rude best take 5 deep breaths and calm your hangry/drunk/impatient/tired selfs down. Good vibes to everyone else and great atmosphere real chill.

We never got served. The waiter seated us and never came back to our table to give water or coffee or take our order. Everyone who came in afterwards got their orders taken. I will never go back to the Norton shores IHOP service is terrible. We left and I came home and made breakfast

Kristen Was the waitress that served us although we were not in her serving zone she saw customers not being helped the first 5 minutes we sat down. She was very attentive, respectfully and courteous it’s kind people like Kristen is why I’ll return to this establishment!!

Stopped in at IHOP and had a really good experience. Service was friendly and quick, and our food came out hot and fresh. Pancakes were fluffy, eggs were cooked right, and coffee stayed filled. It’s a solid, reliable spot for breakfast or a quick family meal. Nothing fancy, just good comfort food done right. We’d definitely stop here again when we’re in the area.

We went to IHOP yesterday. There were very few people when we went (most likely due to the bad weather). There is a Value Section on the menu with 4 different breakfast meals that you can choose from. The exciting thing is that each one is only $6. With mine I ordered scrambled eggs, ham (it came with 2 slices), and pancakes. The person that I was with ordered the one that came with French toast, eggs, and a choice of meat. We were both happy with our meal. The only thing that I have to say is that my 2 slices of ham were TINY. However, everything tasted very good. Our waitress that we had was welcoming. We will be back.

Sucks they don't do the value menu after 10pm. On a budget so had to just get hashbrown. Busy on Christmas and was taken care of pretty quick all things considered. Guy at the table next to me did not have such a good experience, but they made it right for him on the spot.

It was nice a comfortable the waitress was absolutely wonderful and very helpful my son ordered a burger and thought it was great and I had a omelet with sausage gravy on the side the omelet was OK small lacking in much cheese and the sausage gravy was the worst I have ever had but the service made up for it

Our server was very friendly and helpful. Stopped in for a quick breakfast. From the time I sat down to the plate being put in front of me was just over 11 minutes so they did a great job!!
