At the IHOP in Burlington NC with waitress Holly. She was at our table just as we sat down, and very attentive to our needs. Personable! The food is always great here, in fact their grade is excellent, improved so much we have eaten here twice this week.

Holly gave Wonderful service this morning! Our waitress was cheerful, attentive, and started our day off on such a positive note. She was quick with our order, made sure everything came out just right, and checked in on us with genuine kindness. Her friendly attitude made breakfast even more enjoyable—definitely a five-star experience!

We were visiting the area and were so excited to see an IHOP since the one near us has closed. It felt incredibly nostalgic walking in, and it definitely brought back some great memories for us. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Management was also very present and engaged, which really added to the overall positive experience. The food was just as good as we remembered, and the whole visit reminded us why we’ve always been fans of IHOP. So glad we stopped in, this location truly delivered on both service and quality!

My food great, the presentation was amazing. My server Pam, was friendly and very attentive to our needs. I asked to see the manager because she gave us too notch service. Jamal was happy to hear that she gave us great service. He too was kind and I think we have found us a new eatery. Thanks Pam and Jamal for taking good care of us.

The manager today who served us was a pure delight. I noticed he was in the kitchen when we arrived. The next thing I know he was zipping all around the restaurant bussing tables serving food, and drinks. Then as we were leaving the guy was at the front door cleaning windows and held the door for us. He was amazing ti say the least. Our server Holly was great too. Wonderful Experience!

When we arrived to this location yesterday we were iffy bc the rating was 91. I always look at this 1st and usually will leave if its below a 97 but IHOP is my favorite restaurant of all so we decided to stay. They was only like 3 families there so we were like the wait shouldn't be long. Upon being seated we realized there was only 3 worker there at all. The cook, a waitress and I guy that was there doing a little bit of everything. So it took a few minutes for our order to be taken but when I say thay was the best omelet I've ever had at a IHOP location I mean it. I absolutely love IHOP and visit them frequently wherever I am. Ive been to this particular location b4 and it was one of the worst then but yesterday it was pleasant the few workers that was there was great and the food was excellent. They took the fact that they were short staffed and overworked and still showed exceptional customer service. Those 3 workers are a excellent example of what customer service should look like
