The store gets a 5. The service and atmosphere was awful tonight. ( I update my reviews every few visits.) The man who was my waiter was more than obviously intoxicated. Big time. And he just couldn't understand why his cop regulars didn't tip him tonight. Unfortunately. I won't be either. I sure hope I don't have to come back to this. The store is a disaster. I'm here now. It's 2:40 am. (I'm on lunch from work.) Almost every table is dirty. Then the first 20 minutes I was here, he wouldn't leave my table. I had to politely "step outside" to relieve myself of him. I tried to be obvious that I needed privacy. Nothing. Lol. His eyes were barely open the entire time. Stumbling his words and making his customers wait terribly long times, but. He only had 2 while I was here...... He complained about EVERY manager. I don't want to go into any establishment and be told by an employee that his boss's are hypocrites . Especially one names Tracey, he couldn't stop talking about her. Who I don't know personally, but I know she's amazing with me as a customer her store is clean on her shift. She's friendly but not overwhelming and she wasn't intoxicated. At least not to a point it was noticeable if she was lol. Doubt it tho. . The food here is always good.

This location very accommodating for persons with disabilities. Very refreshing. Ordered breakfast. Normally they add pancake batter to scrambled eggs. They willing to use fresh eggs. Great for persons with gluten sensitivity.

It's been a really long time since we ate at IHOP... We came around one that decided we were still hungry for breakfast. I got the bacon lovers omelette.. ask them to add avocado :) The omelet came to the table hot and fresh :) I got a side of pancakes I only ate half of one with some sugar-free syrup! They're pancakes never change :) Our server was very attentive and checked on us often.

I’ve been coming to this location for about five years now, and it’s grown into more than just a place to eat. It started as quick family stop-ins—toddler on my hip, juggling the chaos, and usually finishing whatever my kids didn’t eat (because mine was definitely cold by then). Over time, it became something different. The big windows, consistently hot food, and bottomless coffee kept me coming back—whether it was for a quick bite or a few quiet hours to sketch, work, or read. What really stands out is the staff. They’re accommodating in a way that feels genuine. Refills come easily, and over the years, familiar faces and conversations have made it feel comfortable and welcoming. I’ll admit—I can be a bit of a “needy” guest. I like my food a certain way, I tend to customize, and I’m not shy about asking for extras. But I’ve always been met with patience and kindness. Staff and managers may come and go, but there are always a few who make the experience special. They know I’ll ask for a window seat and that I’ll probably stay awhile—and it’s never an issue. It’s always, “Let’s get you seated.” If you’re looking for a reliable chain restaurant with good food, a comfortable atmosphere, and a team that can handle a little chaos with grace, this is a great place to stop in and enjoy a meal.

Worst IHOP I have ever been to!! Took 45 min to get the food. Did not receive what we ordered. Hubby ordered strawberry French toast received plain pancakes. I ordered new York strawberry Cheesecake pancakes received pancakes with strawberry topping. Update went yesterday and it was a great experience! Will definately go back
