Ihops are still as good as they were 20 years ago.

Not my favorite place to eat. The seating needs updated, we'll, the whole place just feels a little worn down. The server was quick to tell us a joke, yes, I wasn't expecting that. It was a nice touch. The food is ok.

Just kind and caring person who cares greatly about the overall customer experience.

The general manager Eric came to our table and spoke to us for a few minutes. He checked on us again and brought napkins and wanted to be sure we received everything we ordered and that it was good. Diquan our server was the most polite and friendliest young man. Made sure we had everything we ordered and made sure our drinks were constantly full. It was a great experience. We felt as if we were having dinner at friend’s home. Definitely will be going back.

Our service was fantastic. Megan is an outstanding server. She was very pleasant and I was served quickly. I would recommend her to anybody who would come to IHOP's. The next time I come in I will ask for her personally.

The food is always good, especially the pancakes. It is best at odd times when the crowd is small. The night staff is always pleasant and fast.

Update: still very good food. Pumpkin specials currently, but what caught my eye for next time was Flight of Pancakes-- 3 stacks - strawberry, blueberry and banana toppings, all with whipped cream. Yum. I always enjoy IHOP. We got 2 omelets-- spinach and mushroom and the steak. Both were tasty. Mine was not prepared properly. Did not see waitress after she put down food until we got the bill and water refills after we finished eating. Hostess stand/ seating was a mess despite only a few of us in the restaurant. Completely amateur and way too long with absolutely no one there.

First time having IHOP in some time. Good was just don't ask service was very nice. Out being a 24hr location, it is showing signs of ware and could do with a refresh.

Victor and Jake are the best waiters IHOP HAS IN ROBINSON, PA. They both are friendly, knowledgeable, and anything we need they do not make you wait. We are at IHop a few days a week. Best burgers and breakfast. We travel 45 mins to get to that I hop because its the best one with the best waiters.

We left a big concert in the middle of the night, after hours of being stuck in event traffic we were STARVING. Not many options available at 2am, but IHOP is a good 24hr option, right? So we and several other people also thought, apparently because this late night skeleton crew was absolutely slammed with people. We walked in unsure if adding to all that stress was a good idea, but the overnight waitress (I sincerely wish I had asked her name) was sensational under all that pressure. I watch her bounce between hostess, To-go orders, server....remembering everything, and trying to stay positive for everyone. She slayed that random late night rush! She deserves a raise, or a promotion or something, what an enjoyable meal! We were in on 8/30/26 @approx 1:30am

Nikki at IHOP is absolutely wonderful! 😊 She has the biggest, brightest smile and such a warm, welcoming personality. She’s outgoing, down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. Her great attitude and amazing customer service really make the experience stand out. Breakfast is delicious, I went with my kiddo, and ordered the veggie omelette with toast for me. From kids menu, I ordered chocolate chip pancake with fries. Kids menu doesn't come with drink so if you want chocolate milk or orange juice then you have to pay extra. Overall it was a good service.

Came here super late at night- only restaurant open- and was pleasantly surprised! Our server Nikki was such a sweetheart! Food was amazing and hit the spot for late night! I got Quesadillas and Mozzarella Sticks!!! As well as a DELICIOUS strawberry shake! If you’re looking for a late night meal that isn’t necessarily fast food- this is the place for you.
