I never leave reviews on here, but this woman deserves to be recognized. My family and I went to IHOP in nac and had the best experience, had the best service we’ve ever had and this lady was doing it all herself. The place was busy and she was the only one working but by her service you wouldn’t be able to tell it! She is amazing and I hope she is running that place soon. Next time you’re in Nacogdoches go to ihop and ask for Arasely H, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing server Aracely! Great smile with great service. Food was excellent, my wife had the split decision and I had breakfast sampler and it was delicious, plates were left with no crumbs 😋

Arasely was our server today. She was great. Arasely anticipated our needs and provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was about to have the food prepared exactly how my wife and I wanted it. I would recommend this ihop Restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal with excellent service.

I went by before work after the Blueberry Festival and they were very busy. However, the service was great, restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. I got a chicken biscuit sandwich and didnt have much of a wait at all considering how packed it got. The management got everything going smoothly and I will definitely be back, no matter the time. Seeing how they handled it when it was busy, you can come in any time and get great food and service. Highly recommend!!

I understand not necessarily being next to a table of unruly kids. It is their parents fault but segregation??? umm I'm not to thrilled with that either. It was DEFINITELY clear that folks with kids went to the right side and the adults only went to the left. I have a new grandbaby. From infancy my kids will raise their child as I raised my daughter. MANNERS MATTER!! Whatever happened to that? Oh I miss Mayberry. My point is that it is hard to train a child to be respectful and well mannered when you might be next to a table where the children are standing on the seats, screaming, throwing items. You get the picture right. Other than that and the unusual distracted food server breakfast was fine.
