I always love coming to this ihop because everyone is super nice, it's always clean, and food is amazing. I very very rarely do reviews, but Kathleen deserves a special shout out. She was sooo unbelievably sweet and I just loved the whole experience from walking in to leaving. She deserves a raise!!!!

I can't vouch for Food, or Atmosphere, but as far as service.... This IHOP has the absolute Best waitress in the known world. It was late last night as we where coming back to Reno from the Bay area that we stopped. She had already closed but somehow I got through a "locked!" front door. Anyway she allowed myself and my Handicap wife to use the facilities and was the absolute most caring and concerned human being that really went out of her way to be helpful and at that time of night, very cheerful and engaging!! Many cudos to her and thank God You folks have such a beautiful soul working for You!
