I ate at IHOP today to celebrate my nephew’s 13th birthday, and our server Jerry was by far one of the greatest servers I’ve ever encountered. His attention to detail and fast service were truly impeccable. Even while training a new employee, he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. It honestly felt like he could read our minds because we never had to ask for anything because he already knew exactly what we needed. What stood out the most was how special he made my nephew feel on his birthday. Jerry went the extra mile to make the celebration memorable, and that level of care and kindness does not go unnoticed. Thank you Jerry for such outstanding service and for making our morning so special!

IHOP in Simi Valley is our ultimate favorite stop when we travel to the area. Camila is the best. My son just adores her, and always asks to go to the Simi IHOP even if it takes us out of our way. The restaurant is clean and everyone is pleasant no matter what time we end up here. Simi is magical and so is this restaurant
