Excellent customer service, the food is amazing and done to desired specifications. The parking lot can sometimes be a bit crowded, never a very long wait for a table. Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Ive been here on a monthly basis for a while now, Ive had the same waitress multiple times and she is super friendly and great at her job. The food is good for the price. And the environment is always nice, easy to meet up with friends here for a good time.

Went in the other day and had a great experience. The server was attentive and personable and the entire staff had a friendly attitude. Slight issue with my meal and the manager was very kind and fixed it without any problems. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

I had such a wonderful experience at IHOP in Wasilla, Alaska! I’m currently pregnant and was seriously craving breakfast food, and they absolutely delivered. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. My meal hit the spot perfectly! The service was fabulous, especially from the manager Rebecca. She was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. You can really tell she cares about her guests and runs a great team. I’m already excited to go back for more great food and amazing service. Highly recommend this location if you’re in Wasilla! 🥞💛

IHOP is IHOP. The beauty of this place is it’s consistency. They have some good breakfast and other food too, but no matter where you go. It’s always the same. So you can have your favorite breakfast in Alaska or in Florida and it’ll taste the same.

We are handicapped, and they usually refuse to bring it out to the car even if we park right at the front door. Most of the time, the food is pretty good. Except for the crepes, it will make you almost throw up, it's gross.

Pretty busy but Cheryl was on top of her game! She was friendly, quick, and made sure we were taken care of. I had protein pancakes and a couple eggs. I'm not sure what my hubby had, but he said it was good and polished it off pretty fast! Thank you Cheryl for making our visit a good one!
