i didn't catch his name, but the managing partner that was there at 2pm on 4/18 was great! the hostess as well! they were both very helpful, got our to-go order out fast, and the managing partner even went above and beyond by getting the two of us some cold drinks while we waited since it was hot out. appreciate yall!

Breakfast was what you expect, simple and hot. The service was incredible. I was a lone diner, but had three people check on me with bright smiles. Food service is one of the hardest jobs I know, but these folks made it look smooth and pleasant.

This was our first time at IHOP, the food was great, nice portions, still hot when we received it. Our server was Cameron, he was outstanding. He took our order and it was right, even after my couple of changes. The restaurant was getting full, it was coming into the lunch time. The hostess, Ingrid, seemed a little frazzled, there were two children (appeared to be 6 months - 3 years old) who unexpectedly started crying at the same time. She made a comment, "Oh my all the babies are crying", that wasn't well received by the adults with the children. When the younger child was walking from one table to visit with grandparents at another table, she made another comment about the baby being in the way, when she could have walked in another direction. Maybe additional training on communication would assist Ingrid in her future at IHOP.

Good food - a lot of IHOP's operate poorly, but this one did a good job. All the food was enjoyable, and it came out super fast. The server was alright, but we did ask for a refill once and he blankly stared at us then left (never did come back with a refill). Converting the former Fuzzy's Tacos into this makes for the weirdest IHOP. It's too wide open and loud. We took the last parking spot anywhere around the building but were seated immediately.

Server was either new or untrained. Got drink order wrong, we had to wait for the check, didn't check in except when we got her attention abount incorrect drink. Food was good, restaurant is newer and clean. Might be undersized during peak hours. Will go back.

Food was good overall. Seems the food sat out longer than it should have due to the sausage being cold. Severs are a hit and miss as well.

I stop by and want some whole wheat and then the manager came out and was so nice as she explained the changes to a healthy pancake that call protein and I was very impressed with the food and the staff definitely will be coming back excellent location!

Everyone's food was good ... service was lacking. Had to ask for items that were forgotten by the server multiple times. Multiple drinks needed refills and sat empty to the point we wondered if they even gave refills. It's a new-to-the-area restaurant ... hopefully it's just a wrinkle with onboarding new staff ... we'll be back.

Glad to have IHOP back. First time in there since they opened. Everything was great. Food looked and tasted great. Service was good as well. Will be back.

As a vegan, I was able to eat the hash browns and the fruit cup. The serving of fruit was generous and lovely. I brought some creamer with me so I drank several cups of coffee. It was a nice meal. The service was excellent too!
