Margarett was exceptional. She was fantastic. Very nice. Very cordial kept coming back asking if I needed anything and if everything was good, always a smile on her face. Food was exceptional. Nothing to nothing negative about my visit at all except for the cost of course. Definitely would recommend her for any position that is offered to her or available and would definitely recommend her for an increase in pay. Will definitely be visiting more. Also I would like to acknowledge all of the staff everyone’s very friendly and all of the waitresses were spot on constantly working zipping around back-and-forth and taking care of customers the way Customer should be taken care of thank you for the visit.

Bea is my favorite server at IHOP in Decatur. She is very detailed oriented and if you want a special order she is your girl. She is also very kind and interested in her customers making us feel more like family than customers. This IHOP has multiple waitresses that are amazing But she is top of the line. Our food is always as we ordered it, hot fresh and tasty.

Food is good as always. Service was amazing. Came from Virginia to visit family. Stopped in for breakfast. Dorothy was our server and she was phenomenal. The manager, Bobby Jo also stopped by our table to check in on us and she had amazing, kind energy. Great experience for such a simple breakfast outing! Highly recommend this location!

We didn't get all our food at the same time ,we never received our hash browns at all until we were about to leave the waitress seemed bothered when we asked for anything like she was too busy .maybe they were just short staffed, the first experience i had at ihop was excellent all the way around but not this time

Omie and Bobby Jo made dining in a great experience!! We had a party of 16 people and they were on it!!! They moved fast but made no mistakes. They addressed the few errors made in a great manner. The food was GREAT and fresh! We didnt have to wait long to be seated, order, or eat!! Now I am full and sleepy lol

If you’re looking for a great breakfast in Decatur, check out IHOP. Iuhrie is a fantastic server and Bartolo was magic on the grill. He made the most perfectly cooked egg white omelette I’ve ever had! Iuhrie was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Even the manager Miss Judy came over to say hello and check on how our breakfast was. IHOP in Decatur, AL is doing it right!
