We recently ate here and had Devin as our server. He was friendly, attentive, and did a great job making the best of a few issues that came up during our visit. The restaurant had run out of hashbrowns, and we were told it would be 3–4 hours before more could be cooked. Devin helped us find an alternative that ended up being okay. My pancakes were also accidentally left off my order, but Devin got them out to me quickly once the mistake was noticed. That said, the overall atmosphere felt a little off. We didn’t receive silverware until after our food arrived and had to ask for it. There also seemed to be several employees standing around or on their phones while service details were being missed. Overall, Devin provided great customer service and was the highlight of our experience. I appreciate his effort and professionalism, but the restaurant could improve on organization and attentiveness from the rest of the staff.
