When we visited the first time a few months ago, our table seemed to be in a void of service. We were at our table for 30 minutes before anyone realized we were overlooked. Once Shelby realized this, she bacame our server taking great care of us. Chit chatting a little. She is such a sweetheart! We later found out she was the manager when she told us to come back sometime to see her if we were ever in town again (being that we are from Vegas). We visited again today for breakfast and saw Shelby! Of course she remembered my wife and I when we said hello. Shelby and the whole staff were very friendly and attentive. The food came out quick and hot! We will visit again for sure.

I had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Gabby! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing, and you can tell she really cares about her customers. Our food came out quickly, everything was exactly right, and Gabby kept checking in at just the right times. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Honestly, service like hers makes all the difference. If you get Gabby, you’re in great hands! 😊

Came to have breakfast here the service (and the food) did not disappoint. Tanya helped me over the phone with current wait times and a table. Our waitress Yvette took our order promptly and was very kind. The restaurant was very clean inside and out. We will definitely be back!

Decided to check out ihop again since last time I went wasn’t the best but I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the service was today the food came out perfect hostess was very friendly and no wait! My server was absolutely fantastic and so quick with everything so glad things are turning around at ihop will for sure be back!

Good food but very slow service my husband with his meal ordered a chocolate shake he got it I ordered at the same time a strawberry shake never received it. there was only 4 other customers in there so there was no excuss.

Omg! I used to come here and took a break from this place. I stopped in the other day and was truly amazed! The restaurant is under new management and it shows! The food was so fresh and hot! The service was amazing, my server was top of this I never had to ask for a drink refill it was always there just when I needed! The manager Shelby came by my table and greated our family and made sure our service was great! Can’t wait to be back on Sunday!

Best IHOP ever!! Great food. Thank you to our waitress Gabby. Gabby, was absolutely wonderful under pressure. Gabby made our experience well worth it. IHOP was very crowded and the wait took about 25 minutes to be seated, and another 20 minutes to be served. However, it was all worth it! the food was excellent 👌🏽 very good breakfast prepared very well. Thank you to the chefs 👨‍🍳 who did an amazing job! We will definitely return to this location just for the wonderful experience. Thank you IHOP for providing us with excellent service. 🫶🏾🫶🏾👌🏽👌🏽

We had not returned for over a year but my 93 yr old dad wanted to go for breakfast here. We both had the $7.00 menu and was very pleased. The food portions were perfect for us and Bryant waited on us and was very polite and quick. I think we will be back because he service and food improved.

Thought I Would Stop by the IHOP in Bullhead City to place a to-go order and had a really great experience. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, patiently took my order, and made sure everything was clear . My order was ready quickly and packaged neatly. The food was still hot and fresh when I got home pancakes were fluffy, eggs cooked perfectly, and the sides were packed well with nothing missing or messy. I really appreciated how welcoming the hostess was.

Visited the IHOP in Bullhead City and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression right when we walked in. She seated us quickly and had such a positive, upbeat attitude. Our server was attentive and helpful, and the food came out hot and fresh. The pancakes were fluffy, the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and the omelet was full of flavor. Portions were generous and everything tasted great.
