This Ihop is one of the best location that I have been to. Jennifer, Ariana, and Bridget definitely have what it takes to be considered professional waitresses. Not saying that the other waitstaff aren't, these three waitresses are the ones I have grown accustomed too. I usually order a chicken fried steak that is always been prepared by cooks that have been trained or have talent in their bones. If your looking for a place that has variety, it's a great place for that.

Felt like we were in America again. We’ve been to many IHOPs across Arizona and this one is the best so far. Especially lately the food has been phenomenal. Literally looks better than in the picture once you receive it. The cook deserves a beer and a fat tip. Can’t go wrong with the 6$ deal. A1 imo

I really like how it’s clean the restaurant is, the manager (Taylor) she’s the best, she knows what she’s doing at all times. Very professional, Overall best ihop in town in Maricopa Az.

Sometimes they are short staffed but servers are always great and if there's ever an error on food or an issue, they always remake. Servers are really good with the kiddos too!

Lila was such a joy to have as our waitress. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked back often. My eggs in the Eggs Benedict were cooked to a hard boil so that was the only complaint of our party of 4.

I came here because I moved somewhere to sit on work for a little bit until my tires rotated. On the server was very nice. She didn't try to kick me out or anything and she was very observant and got me exactly what I want and the cost was pretty low. Although you guys should bring back grits or oatmeal.
