Keyon, was our server. He was very efficient, kind and excellent at his job. We were a table of 9, and he never skipped a beat. He was very personable and quick with our service and very friendly. Not only was he on top of everything, he was also willing to get to know our group. Thank you for treating us as excellent as you did. We appreciate it and because of you. We will be back.

It was as much as I've come to expect from IHOP. Which is to say... "not bad". It's kind of always one thing or another here, or at any IHOP, really. Mostly everything is in the "ok" to "not bad" category. This time the food was okay. I got the shredded beef anytime tacos, which I normally love, but this time they were kind of haphazardly thrown together. Little disappointing. The atmosphere was not bad because it was freeeeezing in there, I heard TWO other customers complain. I should have brought a jacket. Service this time tho, was very good, the young man who served me was sweet, kind and attentive. Overall, 4/5 and it's IHOP... I'll visit again. 🙂

Maria at IHOP provided excellent service and made our visit truly enjoyable during a special trip for my graduation. My family and I are visiting from out of town, and for some of them it’s their first time in Arizona, so this meal meant a lot to us. Maria was welcoming, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was perfect the entire time. She kept a great attitude, checked in at just the right moments, and made us feel genuinely cared for. The food was also very good, and the manager even came out to check on us while other waiters made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. From start to finish, it was a great experience. I would definitely give Maria and the team a 5-star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for doing an amazing job and helping make our family celebration even more memorable.
