Had an amazing experience last night at IHOP in Capitola. The waiter Brandon was so patient and friendly. We haven't been in awhile, he took his time to answer our questions and even helped us out with IHOP rewards.

Loved our experience at ihop . Even though we came in 30 minutes before closing, Brandon met us with a smile and a great vibe!! He sat, served and chatted with us . A++ all around . Mostly for Brandon though!!

Staff were friendly. Service was quick. Tables were clean. Food was tasty. I enjoyed the pablano Eggs Benedict. There could have been more sauce, but overall it was well done. Not too spicy.

I honestly don’t understand how this place ever got such bad reviews. I’ve seen it at its lowest, and the changes they’ve made are incredible. Everything feels so much more welcoming, clean, and well put together now. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it—definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here in a long time. What really stood out, though, was the service. Ashley provided amazing customer service from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests she’s serving. Between the improvements and the great service, this place has really turned things around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went on Good Friday and it was busy but the service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and the manager was very motivated and my server was Mia whom took my order with a positive attitude and a smile even though it was busy and she checked on me along with the manager Erin was checking on the tables and making sure the food was being delivered to the tables from what I seen. As always being greeted loudly by Ashley and a happy smile from kayli. This team went above and beyond!

This IHOP is Fantastic and I love coming here! The staff is top notch friendly and caring, food is delicious and the atmosphere is family oriented. I started coming here every Saturday morning and it’s a very pleasant experience. Love the blueberry pancakes and the country fried steak. Thank you!

We always go to this IHOP to celebrate Veterans Day. It's our tradition. My husband is a veteran and he orders his free Red White and Blue breakfast. Great service every single time. It's so wonderful to see other vets celebrating around us too.
