I had such a great experience this morning at IHOP! Karina was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked in at the perfect times and had such a positive, warm attitude that really made the whole visit special. On top of that, the food was delicious—everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. It’s always nice when both the service and the food exceed expectations, and that’s exactly what happened today. Huge shoutout to Karina for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today I visited the location on Broadway, Chula Vista. It was a total of four of us and the hostess. Evelyn was very helpful and kind she quickly greeted us. And asked us if a booth was fine and took us to it right away. The nice warm welcome and service to take us to our table was the best service We got overall, our server seemed like she was rushing us most Of the time when I got up to take my son to the restroom, I decided to just pay the bill to get out already. Our omelettes now don’t include any type of potato when before they did now you have to select if you want toast, or pancakes, or Potatoes with it, the portion has gotten worse, but at least the pancakes still taste good. The restrooms were really dirty. I feel like that’s something that should always be clean often. It looks like they just clean over stuff but never really deeply.Thank you, Evelyn for making this experience better than we got.

The hostesses look miserable. They look like they don’t like their job at all. My family and I have gone many times and every girl host that’s there is not friendly at all. On the other side, the waitresses we’ve had are super nice. I would turn to see the host and she would be in her phone. I don’t find that professional at all. Would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the host.
