iced coffee is always my go-to… coffee was a bit soapy and warm, MARKETING is everywhere but for the coffee to be subpar was unfortunate. Is it just me or for some reason the portions completely shrunk all around but the prices (of course) have gone up haha… A great location, false advertising for this “new coffee”

Okay Ihop is what everyone knows it to be. So I dont need to explain it. Where it counts is the staff, the lady we had was spectacular and she was very attentive. The dude who covered her while she went on break, not so much. Okay the food is good here, like a better Ihop of the Ihops. Seating was kinda minimal so I guess I thought this place would have more to it. I think of you want a good Ihop, id choose this one for the area.

Understaffed but you wouldn't know it. Servers here work their tails off constantly. Be patient and they will bend over backwards for you.

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive — our server checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. But let's be honest: we were here for the pancakes, and they absolutely delivered. Fluffy, golden, and absolutely delicious — the kind that make you forget you were ever on a diet. Were they worth every single calorie? Without a doubt, 100% worth it. My kids had the time of their lives. They loved every bite and could not stop talking about it on the way home. The kids absolutely loved it — smiles all around the table. This is the kind of place that earns a permanent spot on the family rotation. We'll definitely be back!

We first went to the Century Blvd W store, where we received, cold, unprofessional service for a 2nd time. We left & found 755 N. PCH where we encountered the lovely *Liz* who made us feel welcome immediately! Her beautiful smile, prompt, friendly and professional greeting, followed by excellent service made us feel right at home. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious and shemade us feel like part of her family. We'll be back. Thanks Liz! Employee of the month for sure!

yummy breakfast here at ihop. my first ever ! so much items to choose from.. food was great. multiple honey also provided.. condiments are also plenty - if you love something spicy.. they have tabasco too. wonderful service and love the bottomless drink - lemon ice tea 🤪

We visited IHOP and ordered the pancakes, Belgian waffles, and strawberry lemonade. The food came out fresh and warm — the pancakes were soft and fluffy, and the Belgian waffles had a nice crisp outside with a light, airy inside. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Overall, it was a good experience with tasty breakfast classics. Would definitely come back again!
