We had a very big group and arrived around 9 pm with closing time being 10 pm on a Thursday. The server did great handling such a big group of 25+. My food was hot and delicious.

Marco (the manager) & Patty (my server) were great. Such attention to detail and truly cared about providing exceptional customer service. It doesn’t take much to provide a positive/professional experience for customers and as I watched each of them go above and beyond I felt the need to acknowledge them outwardly and now online amidst the norm of negative reviews often being the focal point for a company. I will have my family write one as well and will return. Aside from that, the restaurant was clean, food was great and came out within minutes!

Maria is very pleasant, made sure we was okay ,checked on us frequently, made sure the food was good ,fast service, would highly recommend to eat at this ihop ,The manger greets us always and comes to the table and the staff also greet us,always and pleasure to visit this ihop in mid wilshire area.

Wow, great food! The spinach and mushroom omelette and the hash browns were nothing short of perfect. The tres leches pancakes were fluffy and sweet, totally worth the calories. Service was excellent. I think the men's bathroom could be a bit cleaner but I enjoyed the historic pictures on the wall and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. 5⭐

One of my favorite locations to visit. Always quick and friendly service. The manager of this location is one of the nicest people that just keeps getting my family and I to come back. We got served by Maria this time around and she was so nice. Her friendly demeanor was so refreshing to see. Any server you get has that same charm.
