Place is PACKED!! So far service is great, server is pleasant. Was seated quickly. Ordered coffee and the serloin tips with eggs. Been waiting quite a while for the food so far been 15 mins. She should have tried to upsell me on the " bottomless breakfast" but it seemed as though she was relieved I could order quickly. Food was 6.5 out of 10. Meat, overcooked. Eggs, rubbery. I understand it's busy but c'mon. Pancakes were fluffy though Server was pleasant throughout.

The best IHOP I have stopped in, in years. Staff was amazing and even on Veterans day and the insane crowd size, they were quick efficient and so nice.

Im traveling for work and decided to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. The place was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. And the food was great. Exactly what I was looking for and needed. I will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience breakfas thanks to our waitress, Pablo R. He was incredibly attentive and personable, making us feel like his only table. Although, the restaurant was full and we waited a long time for the food, he will come to the table to refill our coffee and let us know food was almost ready and that made as not feel the wait. He even recommended the cupcake combo for adult. Thank you Plablo for an Exceptional service!".
