Everyone here is always so sweet and helpful. The food always comes out great (especially the French toast). The atmosphere is usually pretty chill but I like breakfast for dinner, so I never see what it's like during what I assume is a hectic breakfast and lunch rush. All-in-all, I highly recommend this location when you're craving some solid food.

Enrique made our breakfast experience amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. He kept such a positive attitude the entire time and made us feel so welcomed. Great service like his is hard to find, we’ll definitely be back because of him!

We went on a Sunday morning Memorial Day weekend to enjoy a quiet breakfast at restaurant 3215 located at 4253 Oceanside Blvd. Our server Enrique was very attentive and checked up on us regularly. Food was delicious as always. My husband got the Big Brunch Burger with the egg cooked over-easy. Very much recommended to have the runny egg mix with the sauce and burger juices. I wanted a simple ham and cheese omelette and he informed me of a special they have where I get a small omelette and 2 pancakes for $7, saved us about $8 in the end and said they have that special 7 days a week. I recommend if you go to this location ask to be seated in Enrique's section.

Enrique was excellent. You help me with my choices and his recommendation was perfect. We asked for pancakes to come out a little bit later and this timing Was on point. IHOP is my go to for a leisurely breakfast.

Went on Memorial Weekend ( Saturday ) place was packed but i got seated after 2 minutes of just walking in. Food was great and our server Juan O was so friendly and fast with our food. 10/10 would come again for breakfast!

The food was a bit under average. I ordered the T-Bone steak with coffee, medium rare, heavy sear. It came medium and grey like the moon on one side but not nearly as pretty, the other it appeared to have had the thought of smoke, walk right on by. Typical of diners though to be conservative in that regard for red meat. It made me question if I truly liked meat at all - but I am really judging a pancake establishment here with a steak. A bit like judging a racehorse for its ability to tap dance. The broccoli was overcooked, mashed potatoes were however fantastic, as was the coffee. I suppose if I were retired or had sensitive gums, the texture would have been perfection. — The service was very attentive, quick, mindful and staff were charming and made folks feel welcome. The place was clean and comfortable with booth seating, though it’s very, very bright.. this place is perfect for retirees.
