Hi, I'm Ray and my wife in Erinn. We we frequently eat at this ihop. Getting to know the manager Sean is a great honor. I bring my wife here to eat and sometimes eat here alone when I need a quick bite. The staff here has great customer service. The entire staff works well together like a Lil family. Everyone us always smiling. I told Sean it was good management and he corrected me saying ur was good teamwork. I often see him greeting customers, swerving food and bussing tables. It clean inside and i never gave a long wait unless ut Christmas and no one wants to eat breakfast at home. We had a fire in our house and we live in a hotel put the time being and we eat out a lot. I never see the great connection between the staff like I do and ihop. Keep up the good work guys thanks. I highly recommend this store.

First off I, need to give props to the cooks. The food here is always good. I am quick to send something back if it's not right. I never send anything backto this kitchen. Shout out to Sean and his team for making our eating experience totally awesome every time we eat here. Special shout out to Ariana and Shalivi, I believe is her name. Overall the team work down to the guy who busses tables is amazing. I never hear any customers complaining about anything and I eat here often. The atmosphere if family oriented and the staff is always smiling. Customer service is really great. My husband and I eat out alot. We live in a hotel and we're displaced because of a fire.So, having a home cooked meal is important. Just thanks for making our dining experience a good one.

I would like to state upfront: I rate Chain Restaurants based on the expectations overall based on what is generally advertised. The food was very good, and it tasted fresh and was eating temperature (not "pipping-hot"). Not above expectations but definitely not the below average in the least. Our server was friendly and accommodating when we asked for a table rather than a booth, even though it was busy and quite full. We did end up in a Half-Booth (Bench seating on one side of the table), but it was not in anyway an issue. The main drawback to this particular location IS the Location! The particular situation the building is in, makes it somewhat difficult to get to, mainly since there is only one direct entrance to the parking lot. The location also forces the dining area to be a somewhat narrow section of the building, making the overall atmosphere a bit clostrophobic. Overall it more than meets the expectations of the Franchise, which the Location, and design being the only caviot.

The food wasn't great. I wanted French toast but they don't have peanut butter so I went with the sampler plate. I didn't like the taste of the bacon and they used too much butter making the hash browns. Even after adding a ton of salt and pepper all I could taste was butter. The Lemonade drinks that are advertised with fresh strawberries is false advertisement. They don't give you freshly made lemonade with real fruit. It's minute maid strawberry lemonade. Joanna was our server, and she was truly accommodating from the first moment. She made me thee best iced coffee. The food was cooked perfectly and the choice of music was family friendly, nostalgic and appropriate as far as content and volume. And if all that isn't enough of a reason to eat here, the owner checked in on us multiple times, joked with my boys, and made us feel very welcome. One of the best experiences we've had in a very long time.
