Service was great at the table; however, many of us customers were ignored for quite a while at lobby. Servers would see the line at the entrance, they glanced periodically, but didn't acknowledge us. There was no "we'll be right with you" or not even a simple "hello" until another customer from the line stepped out and called them out. That was quite unpleasant.

The restaurant was CLEAN!!!! And very well run. Place was roomy and organized. No dust or food or crap in the lamps (like some other nearby breakfast place)… it was clean. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I’ll be back.

2025 Update: Service is great in RB along with the free Veterans Day meal. Bacon has been upgraded from my last review. Always pretty consistent with food and service. You will find it gets busy as they promote parents to bring kids. This can also lead to dirty booths if you come after a rush.

This IHOP is the best one I've been at yet. Very clean and open feeling with all the windows. I ordered the scrambled eggs bacon and hash browns from the somewhat hidden value menu. It was only $7.00 and plenty of food. If you get a chance to go there, ask to sit in Paula section. She's a great waitress and super friendly. Very sorry for not sending pictures.

Reliably delicious pancakes and breakfast food! We came on a Friday night craving breakfast food and IHOP did not disappoint. My husband generally doesn’t care for pancakes but we stopped by an ihop recently and got pancakes and now he’s obsessed with ihop pancakes! We got the buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chips this time and I really like their spicy poblano egg benedict if you like spicy, their eggs have been perfectly poached the last two times I got it. Prices are much more reasonable compared to other diner type restaurants nowadays. I haven’t gone to an ihop for almost a decade simply because I forgot about it. But now we will certainly be back regularly! Our waitress was so nice too! TLDR: delicious pancakes and breakfast food (for dinner), fair prices, quick friendly service!
