Always a warm welcome from the hosts. Food is generously portioned and always excellent. Come often enough and staff become your friends. This IHOP is one of the best restaurants.

Very slow and kicked backed vibe. There were only three guests and about the same number of associates. They took a while to get food out and refill coffee each time. Food quality was good and quite consistent

If you visit the IHOP in Santa Barbara, do yourself a favor and ask for Ismael! We first had him as our server on Mother’s Day and had such a great experience that we came back today. Once again, he was fantastic. He’s super fast, attentive, and gives overall excellent service. He really takes care of you like family. Thank you, Ismael!

This IHOP is huge. There is a large tree in the center of the restaurant. There is a rumor that koala bears used to be in the tree? Way before IHOP, of course :) Food, service always good... You're in Santa Barbara, it doesn't get any better than that!

IHOP is my go to restaurant in Goleta. The staff knows me and greets me everytime I arrive. The service and the food quality are excellent everytime. Thank you.

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! Adrian was a stellar server. He was attentive, asking how everything was, did I need a refill on my hot chocolate and handling my somewhat picky request for my poached eggs. He cleared my dirty plates as I used them without me having to ask him to do so. That alone impressed me, because most servers don’t do that. The food was excellent also. All in all a very enjoyable experience :)

This particular IHOP is and always has Been my favorite IHop. The menu had a wide variety from big breakfast 🥞 pancakes eggs baccon and sausage to huevos rancheros. French toast crepes . The lunch and dinner menu have a great selection. All different style of foods to choose from. Our waiters name was Martin. He was super polite he knew his job well. He was easy to comunicate with. He spoke highly of his manager. He brought a plastic to go bowl of water to our table for our little dog. This particular restaurant is in Santa Barbara and has been there for many years my husband said it was there in the 70's under another name The Tree House be there yesterday brings back so many memories from the past. Inside the restraunt is a glass enclosure with a giant tree that grows right through the center of the Restraunt..on a personal note we enjoyed many a late night snack after the bars closed back in the 80s with friends and family for years. We are pleased this restaurant is still there to remind us of younger days..We enjoyed our brunch yesterday. I recommend you go and make your own memories.
