Noe was amazing! We let him know immediately that we were there for a quick bite as my mom had a medical appointment and he did not disappoint! Our order came out quickly and piping hot as was the coffee. He immediately brought the check and cashed us out so that we would not be late. This kind of great customer service should be rewarded and I will definitely stop back in this IHOP whenever I'm in the Santa Rosa area again

We were unaware it was free pancake day and it was pretty busy.... however, first, the manager was explaining to a lady that there was a wait because they had tables, but that he only had 3 servers and didn't want to overwhelm them which is automatically 5 stars for me. Your employees are lucky to have a manager that cares. The place was also very clean and we were taken very good care of! The food was amazing and the service was absolutely worth mentioning. Our server was Augustin and he was very interactive and friendly. First time at this location and I'll definitely come back. You guys did a great job today.

Agustin was our server and he went the extra mile to make sure my son had a great time. He checked in early for our drink order, and gave us time to figure out what we wanted without pressure. He helped my son get into the WiFi network (meltdown avoided), so we all had a chill time and enjoyed the pancakes. Thank you, Agustin!

We had a great experience today on Veterans day. They comped my husband's breakfast for his service and I enjoyed my breakfast as well. The server was prompt.The food was as well. I would recommend breakfast here for sure.
