Neiby always takes care of us. Every Sunday we go. Sometimes we’re a party of 2-3 but majority of the time we’re in groups of 15-20. All the staff without fail are always super patient and polite even when some of us are difficult (sorry).

First of all, thank the good lord for Anna. Wow. She was incredible this morning. We ended up waiting 55 minutes for our food but it was an issue with the kitchen. Anna kept the coffee full and brought my son snacks. Apparently the manager, who came in while we were waiting is a mess. We could hear her in the back yelling at people because there was no cut fruit and the kitchen was slow. This place is notorious for having a minimal staff working so the 2 servers and one young lady cleaning tables are always getting slammed. Management sucks so bad. How embarrassing. She was audibly yelling at her staff in front of us. The line of people who wanted to leave and pay for their coffee after not getting their food was long. She comped folks food that had to wait. We were not comped after being there for an hours and a half. Long story long, Anna is an amazing employee, manager was a mess and very unprofessional, food was really good, but a very long wait.

Very good experience here at Santee Ihope , the cashier today Sunday June 21,2026 was very kind and patient, quite place and clean ( could be a little better on the dust but over all it was clean also the bathrooms ! Food was ready fast and very good presentation ! Enough parking space too, and other stores near by! Desert was great !

Came to IHOP and it was great! The service was nice and the waitress too, We ended up liking Neiby, she was very kind, polite and energetic to our table, brought us smiles to our faces. She was very on the go with our stuff and even made our time feel comfortable! I would definitely go back here and I would recommend to have her as your waitress. Our food was good quality and the place here is cozy! :)
