Honestly, this place has been consistent on bringing great food and service. Usually, waiting doesn't take very long during week days, and atmosphere is pretty good, though there could be messes around your table (not a big deal breaker in my opinion). Overall, it's a great area to eat for breakfast or even lunch. 5/5 stars.

I was seated within 2 minutes. The waitress was pleasant, took care of my order effortlessly, my bacon omelet was excellent, and I let the manager know that her team is doing an awesome job!

I ordered biscuits and gravy, my favorite quick breakfast, and when it arrived at my table I looked at it and thought hmm.. really? But to my amazement it was great! And much more filling than I expected and tasted pretty darn good, too! I'll be back👍👍

I am sooo thankful for the customer service we received at this IHOP! I received e-gift cards, and they helped me figure out how to access them from my phone! Vanessa, Narinder and Any were soooo helpful and patient! I love there hospitality!

I don't know how to rate my experience. I have been to this location several times, but it has been awhile since my last visit. We came in on New Years Day and I didn't know whether to expect crowds or alack there of. We walked in and got right away. Our server was very polite and attentive and not overbearing which I like. I had several options to choose for breakfast, but ending up making my own omelette and I was not disappointed, it was actually the best one I've had in over a decade I was just floored when the bill out and it was $27 for the damn thing. I don't recall it possibly coming out to that much when i looked at it, but nonetheless I had already ate it and in all fairness regrettably enjoyed it a lot. So my fault.

Went with family for a late, weekday lunch. I only ordered fries and a soda, but everyone else, (including kids,) were all happy with their orders! It was pretty slow at that time of day. The waitress was incredible! Very attentive and professional! She was great with the kids, and honestly treated us like family! Overall, no complaints, very positive experience!

Well I hope who ever reads this is found in good health and great spirit. I've been coming to this location for about 3 months now, I woke up one morning knowing I was going to go to IHOP, because of this nudge I had in my heart. I always dine alone and from the first time I visited I knew I would be coming here frequently way before my waitress attended me. Then my waitress came and took my order with a genuine smile happy not only to help me but helping other tables in the vicinity. Very hard worker to say the least. All of my visits have been off the charts and my food was perfect. I get the breakfast value combo every time, its just the right amount of food for me at great price. All my 3 visits Angelica has been my waitress she is a bright light shinning, running around multitasking at its best 👌. I haven't took picture of my food cause, Well it's been really yummy but dont last long after my prayer but I promise to update a picture real soon. So if your visiting family in the area or a native hear IHOP on Mooney Blvd is a must try, coffee is always crisp and fresh tasting. So management good job on having great employees like Angelica. Blessings to all 🙏💫✨️

North side of the restaurant is nice and relaxing Carol and Sommer are awesome, the south side is like a living soap opera..so much drama between the waitresses, they walk around like they just ate a lemon (sour face)

IHOP Visalia, Mooney Blvd October 20, 2025 Monday morning We came here me & my daughter to IHOP for breakfast & we've been here before plenty of times but this morning it was so totally different because our servicer she had a really bad attitude & what made it worse was there was no managers around at all & we saw people get up & walk out because of no service or their order was wrong & it took forever to get their food (only coffee) so after awhile the Manager's showed up & I really don't know what happened to our servicer with the really bad attitude she might of got sent home or she got fired 🤔❓. All I do know is we got our food with a (bad attitude) but the food was delicious 🤤 & was so tasty 😋 so "Thank You" to the chef's & to Carol the blonde servicer that had stopped by to tell us Hi because she has been here forever & We ❤️ U Carol!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for the food & for Carol
