My experience at the IHOP was great as usual! Shout out to the GM Jose! I would like to recognize two people that stand out during today's visit: the server Yuridiana was fantastic......but even more impressive was the fact that despite having seen me in months, maybe years, SHE REMEMBERED ME when I walked in. The other person is the manager Bertha for her listening ear and patience and kindness while I was bragging to her about Yuri and the way she explained the process of posting a review. It's people like this that makes the world a better place!!!

Norma went above and beyond. Exceptional hospitality! Constantly check-in on our table and very friendly! Food could’ve been a better as one of the omelets was missing cheese and looked like it was made in a rush. The other omelet was slightly cold.

IHOP's menu is amazing --so many choices. The service we received at this IHOP was extraordinary. I love their Benedicts, and you can order them anytime. Also, they offer several value meals for $6.

Wonderful experience. Very hospitable and welcoming ❤️ Our lovely waitress Everia was very kind & did amazing at keeping up with our family’s needs. My protein pancakes and steak omelette was delicious. I especially appreciate Jose the manager being an awesome team member and helping out when things got busy. It was no problem for him, he was happy to help ☺️ That’s what it’s all about, teamwork and loving the environment you work in. 🌟

Our food came out exactly how we wanted, our drinks were never empty, and somehow Edgar managed to check in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing. His energy was positive, professional, and contagious—he truly made the whole restaurant feel brighter. It’s rare to come across service this exceptional, and Edgar went above and beyond in every possible way. This wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience.
