New front of house guy Aaron working night shift and his whole crew surprised me with the professionalism and quality of service. Even though they had a bit of a rush of customers back to back, they handled it like pros and still made sure to check on me and take care of every request and refill. Super cool bald guy waiter and young white kid with tattoos were kind & great as well - greeted me and made me feel like I was not a burden, but like I was welcome to stay as long as I wanted (as any paying customer should feel!). Next time I’m in aurora, this is the ONLY IHOP I’m coming to. Thanks guys God bless

The service provided by Aaron is possibly the best I’ve had in any IHOP. I recommend coming here early in the AM (5am) and getting the country fried steak. Don’t forget to order the extra gravy a special seasoning.

The food was incredible! My grandkids said, and I quote that they think that the food was made in a magical place! And that is high praise! My only issue… Is the prices! The price for my meal which was a ham and cheese omelette was very very reasonable came with toast tasted great! But kids meals were just under $10 and I’m sorry but I have two children who won who is eight and one who is five and $10 almost for meals for them was very unreasonable! And, on the menu, there is no pricing. So that would make you assume, at least for me, that the pricing would be Consistent with other places who would charge for what children would eat. But I was wrong. So that became an issue for me. Your manager took care of it for me. His name is Yanal, Who came to our table introduced himself and was very kind and understanding about the problem. I did tell him that we were very pleased with our waitress, and with his consideration, and that we would be back. But we would have to do something about our orders next time as a grandmother on a fixed income, $40 for breakfast was completely out of line. But again the service was excellent! The food was over and above excellent! Manager Yanal is an outstanding customer service person! Great asset to IHOP!!!!
