I had an extraordinary experience at the IHOP located on Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs. We arrived at this restaurant and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot, entrance and work areas. We were greeted and seated by Topher who was friendly and very observant. My parents arrived and Theresa introduced herself as our server. She was very attentive, organized and friendly. Food arrived on time and my Mom spilled water on her meal. Topher jumped in and reordered the meal and Theresa delivered it. We appreciated the fast action and response. As the meal was wrapping up, Felicia (Manager) stopped by to see how our experience had gone, and she was also amazing to speak with. Great group of employees and a well-run operation!! Thank you!

Great service and good food. Staff were friendly and non-intrusive. Overheard the kitchen staff working to get the food to safe serving temps. Great job, folks! There was actually someone at the front kiosk to great me as I came in.

We just left Ihop on Stetson hills and had a lovely meal. Everything was cooked perfectly. Very clean inside. The best part about the whole experience was Tanner and Robyn. They offered above excellent service. We are not sure of the cooks names but they made a delicious meal for my family, not one plate left with a single crumb. Keep up the AMAZING work. Only Ihop in town we will eat at.

We went in to have breakfast Saturday morning and waited 10 minutes to be served and I eventually had to get up and ask for service. When I approached a waitress, Taylor, she came right over and did a Great job taking care of us. We really had great service.
