I had a really enjoyable experience at this IHOP location and wanted to share a different perspective. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a steak and eggs breakfast, and everything was cooked well and flavorful. The eggs were prepared properly, the hash browns had a nice crisp to them, and the pancakes were warm and soft—exactly what you hope for at IHOP. The steak was cooked to a good temperature and paired nicely with the rest of the meal. My daughter had the blueberry Belgian waffle, which was fresh, nicely presented, and something she really enjoyed. The portion size and quality made the price feel fair for a sit-down breakfast experience. What stood out most was how the staff handled interactions—they were polite, professional, and clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly. It’s also worth noting that the team seemed diverse and collaborative, which created a welcoming environment. Overall, this location delivered a solid IHOP experience with good food, fair pricing, and friendly service. I’d definitely come back again.

I see this resturant has some patrons that do not know how to treat their staff. As a community we should do more to respect each other and those that take the time to service us. IHOP wins best award for pancakes and Google responses to adult guests 😊💪 who never grew up.

I love ihop! Especially this one because I know they are non discriminatory and hire people of all ethnicities and backgrounds. The GM, assistant manager, bussers, servers and cooks are all wonderful staff. Thank you for your hospitality & delicious food!

I have eaten at ihop several times and never had an issue. The food is always hot and of very good quality. As for the customer that made a comment about not seeing any "american descendants" working there, well that is an extremely ignorant comment. As "America stretches from the northern most part of Alaska to the most southern tip of South America. Too many people think that America is only the United States. These people may want to repeat the 6th grade and re-educate themselves again with world geography. The only true North Americans are the indigenous indians, which i doubt this specific customer was one of them.

this IHOP has great food, but what really makes this location stand out is their diverse staff and the manager that supports them. the one reviewer is just upset that the staff here speak multiple languages while she speaks less than one. (i reported her review for hate speech btw.) keep on keeping on, USAFA IHOP!
