Usually going to a place like IHOP at 9PM would usually be very slow service. Not only were they prompt, but the food was good and our server Joyce was a pleasure to interact with. Very funny!

I love having breakfast for dinner when I am low on protein for the day. Great value and the nutrition I need. It's also delicious and fast. Only it is so hard to pass up the great coffee so I can sleep tonight.

Mariely was amazing as always. We now always request her when we come into this location. This is probably the third time we’ve been seated in her section and she always delivers exceptional service. Mariely is very attentive and friendly, she’s one of the reasons we keep coming back!

I’m sitting here at the IHOP on South Clinton Street in Centennial/Greenwood Village, and I honestly felt like I needed to stop and write this before I left. The food is breakfast. IHOP is IHOP. But every once in a while, the people make the place. And Joyce did that today. Joyce is a veteran, and you can feel the difference in the way she carries herself. She was efficient, incredibly helpful, genuinely caring, and just present. Not the fake kind of customer service where someone is smiling because they’re supposed to. I mean the kind where you actually feel like another human being is paying attention to you. I’ve traveled, eaten out, stayed places, dealt with customer service for years — and it honestly takes something pretty unusual for me to notice someone enough to think, “I need to say something about this person.” Joyce did. There’s a saying that “people may forget what you said, but they’ll remember how you made them feel.” I think that’s true. And maybe that’s what impressed me most. Joyce didn’t just provide good service. She changed the feeling of the room. That matters. In a world where everybody seems to be rushing, looking at their phone, doing the minimum, or just trying to get through the day, it’s refreshing to run into somebody who still seems to understand that the little things aren’t little to the person receiving them. So this isn’t really a review about IHOP. It’s about Joyce. Someone should tell her that she made a difference today. Because sometimes the most ordinary morning, in the most ordinary place, gets remembered because of one extraordinary person. Thank you, Joyce. Keep being exactly who you are. The world needs more of that.

Had a wonderful experience. Waitress was wonderful. The restaurant was extremely busy, our wait time was less than 30mins for a party of 5. Only complaint was flavored iced coffees were very lackluster and the crepes we recieved were incorrect. Besides that, was a great experience, will definitely visit again when we are back in the area.

Don't sell IHop short. With all the trendy, pricey breakfast places around, IHop provides really tasty food for a great price. And you don't have to wait in long lines for the same eggs, potatoes. pancakes and other breakfast items you can get literally everywhere else. I'm tired of trendy, "places to go", and just want a nice, reliable place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy.

Liz has the best customer service she was very polite, outgoing, consistent, friendly and very gorgeous too. The food was delicious, fresh and on point with my eggs and rareness of hamburger paty. Liz was also very efficienct and stays on top of orders with every guest. I highly recommend this location.

Our waitress (Joyce) was amazing. I have a friend who has a bunch of allergies and she was trying to be accommodating. She called the manager (Xavier) over. He rolled his eyes at us. He seemed really annoyed that we really there and that she asked for help we my friends order which all she asked for was a hamburger patty and hash browns. He didn’t want to help at all. She felt terrible that the manager and cooks were being so rude. I just wanted to give her praise for how amazing she is.
