A definite favorite location of the Ihop resturants, even with the breakfast and lunch rushes, the staff have been attentive. Good coffee and fairly low wait times if at all.

Crystal was our server and it was very busy. She was the only server and she was amazing. Highly recommend to ask for her. It was my wife and 2 kids and the food was also excellent. Props to the kitchen. Even crystal was busy she was very attentive and ee got everything we needed. Completely satisfied. Very grateful

Kristel Is the Heart of This IHOP! I have to give a huge shout-out to Kristel at IHOP in Littleton. She is hands-down one of the most attentive, personable, and detail-oriented servers you’ll ever experience. Kristel has this incredible hometown vibe that makes everyone feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. She remembers the little things, pays attention to every detail, and truly makes you feel valued as a guest. It’s no surprise that so many locals specifically look forward to being seated in her section. Her skills are highly coveted by the regular crowd in the area, and you can tell she takes genuine pride in taking care of her guests. Honestly, I only wish she were there during the daytime hours too because the community would absolutely love having her energy and top-tier service throughout the day. She brings warmth, professionalism, and that personal touch that’s rare to find. Littleton is lucky to have her. If you get the chance to be served by Kristel, you’ll understand exactly why she’s such a favorite among the locals!

Just your typical IHOP. Nothing fancy. Nothing terrible. Service was pretty good. Food is starting to get very expensive but that's pretty much everywhere now sadly.

Fantastic customer service at this location! Came in as a last minute decision on Christmas day and the entire staff was in good spirits, fast and helpful! Thanked us multiple times for coming in and food was fantastic. 5 star IHOP, will be back 🥞😋

IHop is what it is. Not a perfect place for great atmosphere. The food is always good or replaced. The service is normally spot on. This visit was perfect. I will hit IHop for breakfast any day.

Waiter was great! Quick to seat us. Brought our drinks quickly. No wait to order. Food was great. Had the 2 blueberry pancake combo. Blueberry compote, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon (a little thin but tasty), hash browns was more then we could eat. $15.99 a bit pricey but most all restaurants are this price for a big breakfast.

This is the first IHOP I have ever had to pay the Up charge for getting mushrooms in the ham and cheese omelette, because I'm allergic to ham. Every other IHOP has just made the switch with no charge. And their value breakfasts were $6 as advertised on TV. These were menu prices of $7. Minor differences I realize, but difference is nonetheless. In every other respect, this IHOP was excellent! It's been a long time since I've been someplace where they checked on our table so often.

This location is pretty slow everytime we go, but always seems to only have one server working. I've seen several waitresses by now and all of them, despite being clearly stressed, kill it. Always friendly, quick and serving hot food while checking on us.

I was really impressed with Jose the sever . He was so personable, polite, professional and still able to smile and seemed like he enjoyed his job you, do not see this addtuide much these days. Then I met Jamie the manger she was also very friendly and I know why they have such a great team at this store. The food was cooked as if the employee was eating it themself. Everything was prepared prefect. Thank all of you for such a great dining experience. See you again soon. Virginia
