Prior to this occasion, I sat down with my family and was treated very very well. Great service great food good portions and a good time while mate stay here is limited. We’re staying at the hotel right behind this IHOP and they refused to give me complementary paper plates and cutlery for a little family reunion before I go back out of state. I went to this IHOP and the manager that was working Esteban was kind enough to supply me with what I needed being that the hotel I actually paid money for refused. I have no bad mouth or bad words or nothing bad to say about the service commitment energy and portions of this establishment.

Jackie, our server is one of the best servers my wife and I have had in years. She is very friendly and willing to explain menu modifications that you would like make. Jackie is a very dedicated woman to her job bringing a smile and good conversation to the table. Thank you Jackie for the great experience.

Ihop has been awful all over colorado. Especially colorado springs. A lot of ihops are closed down. I literally drive an hour just to come and eat at this establishment. Whoever the cook is each time.My family, and I come up here, the omelets, the bacon, the steak, the eggs, the hash browns.It's as if ihop is still running strong. My family is interracial. It's hard getting good service in areas.Now when people see us. Never a problem never blink and eye. Literally give us food as if this is a five star restaurant.. I hope they never close down....

I was in there earlier today and witnessed the conflict in the previous review and the information is completely incorrect and blown out of proportion. The manager was very polite about asking for the drinks from another place to be removed even offered some of their ihop cups to put the beverages in. The women in this complaint became completely hostile cussing and calling her names and threatening the manager. After that the manager just asked them to leave repeatedly never saying anything harmful or foul. She definitely handled the situation better than most would have. This is simply someone got told no and they threw a fit about it. Don’t let one person ruin your opinion go and see for yourself the service is great, the food is delicious, and the manager is amazing and very friendly. 10 out of 10

Jackie was amazing! CFS was out and suddenly district manager showed up to the rescue! Food was awesome, came out fast and service was attentive and amazing to say the least! We gotta come back here more often 10/10 would recommend
