We had an excellent experience today at IHOP, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jose. The reception area was extremely crowded and chaotic, but he handled everything with calmness, professionalism, and an amazing attitude. What impressed us most was how he kept everyone relaxed and happy while waiting. He made it clear that everyone would be taken care of, explained the order of the line transparently, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. You can tell when someone truly knows how to work with people — and Jose definitely does. In the end, he really did “put a smile on our plates.” Thank you for your energy, kindness, and the way you took care of everyone at the front. People like you completely change the experience of a restaurant.
