Just wanted to leave a happy review of our experience with y'all this morning. Our server, Summer was such a friendly and professional lady and the food and coffee was delicious. We spent the weekend celebrating my grandsons 10th birthday( Monday) and brought him in for a birthday breakfast this morning, which just so happens to be Mother's Day today. This made our experience with you even sweeter. Next time we are back in your town we will visit y'all again.

Stopped by IHOP and tried the Big Steak Omelette with pancakes—definitely hit the spot! The omelette was loaded with tender steak and cooked just right, and the pancakes were fluffy, warm, and everything you want from IHOP. Service was quick and friendly too. If you’re craving a hearty breakfast, this combo is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Went on a Sunday morning at 10 :15 am. Was seated served and left by 11:35 am. It was crowded when we arrived but desk service staff Brandon was friendly and efficient to everyone. We were seated in only a 15 min wait time even accommodating our booth request! Our server Amy was excellent too! I’m giving both Brandon and Amy over 5 stars. Also great new menu and pricing options

Randy the manager is so friendly dly and loves what he does and his employees. I watch the customer service and friendly staff based on the attitude of the Manager. They love what they do and it shows from leadership.

Can in tonight was a very relaxing atmosphere. Was greeted by Katie and Raquel who were very nice and kind. The manager Derek was making sure everything was ok and had some great suggestions for our food. Really was pleased and will be back again thank you guys again for a great visit!

Just wanted to say thank you to the very friendly staff & the warm welcomes i received once i came in, i usually do take out. The wait time isn’t long, very quick & accurate! The food is still hot&ready. I love the fresh biscuits & eggs here , a good brunch spot!! I’ll like to shoutout Katie,Brandon ,& Trinity for their hospitality.

I came to eat with my husband, we were greeted by Katie and Raquel when we entered, they were both amazing. Derrick, the manager came and asked how our meal was and made sure we were having a great experience, which we were. All of our needs were met and exceeded. We'll definitely be back to this location soon!

Erica was absolutely AMAZING! She was super friendly and her service was on point and incredible! I have been here multiple times and she by far is the best server I have ever had at this location. 10/10 highly recommend asking for her!

We came in and were sat quickly. Our server was Ashley. Let me tell you how amazing she is!! We ordered our food and drinks and she reported it back to us. We got our food quickly and everything was hot and perfect!! Ashley was very attentive to our needs! We will definitely be back to see her again!!

Ashley was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was top notch. We came in for a birthday celebration with a large party. Anything that was needed she was proactive and attentive. The food was amazing and everyone made our celebration a day to remember. We will definitely be back. Should you need a place for a large celebration, IHOP Austell should definitely be the place to consider. Our entire family will be back.

Great experience! Kind staff and very clean dinning room. My mom is in a wheelchair and 2 staff members rushed to open the doors for us. We were seated and served quickly. Mary, our server, was patient, kind and very efficient. Randy the manager stopped by our table and I mentioned my brother and his wife came in every Sunday morning - and he knew them by name! A family with a disabled young adult came in after us, and they were treated with the same dignity and kindness shown to us.

Oh my Gosh this is one of the best Ihops I have been too. The workers are so happy,when you walk in you are Greeted by the managers & host etc. The hospitality is Amazing. The food is soooo....good it looks like what's on the menu. Great manager (Randy)he gonna make sure your food is right & and he will check to make sure you are satisfied with ur food. This is the IHOP in Austell GA! One of the best.☺️ forreal.

Update: Huge improvement! Seated immediately, served right away, and food came hot and on time. Needs improvement on cleaning tables and syrup bottles. Old Review: There are two groups here and the staff is more busy with socializing than serving. I'm here watching our food up and no one is paying attention serving it....more than pissed!!!
