The manager, Derrick and his team at the east west ihop are awesome. The food is great, hot , fresh and always right. The restaurant is always CLEAN when we go at night. The service is on point. All of the servers are super friendly and attentive. Hands down best ihop I’ve visited!

I go to this IHOP a lot especially since they took away ocharleys every time I I go in everyone is always so nice when I walked in I got a very warm welcome I got sat down right away the young girl sat us down and right away put down the blinds so we weren't in the sun they were rather quick with our order but the manager Derrick came over and apologized for the delay on our food and I'm like it wasn't long but that shows me a lot about the management there that they make sure their customers are taken care of I love this IHOP I love the $6 meals it helps when you have very little money so I want to thank management at that location for caring I want to thank all the servers who I know have a hard job and is sometimes thankless and even the cooks who work hard so thank you all for all of your hard work and kindness

My dad and I stopped in for breakfast on June 19th. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly guy at the hostess stand. He quickly made us feel welcomed! Not rehearsed….it was as though he was excited to be there. From there the young woman who seated and passing waiter also had the energy. Talk about setting up a dining experience Our waitress Amy continued with this great experience by providing amazing service and even took a few minutes to engaged my dad in a conversation about cats. Food was good from presentation to taste A nice treat for my dad in celebrating Father’s Day a little early.

Went to IHOP today in Austell and everything was delicious. I had an omelette and it was cooked perfectly. Hash browns were crispy and coffee was really good. Marco was our server and he was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Shalita was our waitress and she was lovely. She was patient and recommended some good food. She brought applesauce for my impatient toddler while we waited on our food and it helped that made me happy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Good energy in the whole restaurant.
