Ihop on a Sunday was great , food was good hot and ready and the servers was nice friendly and awesome. They was working like clockwork with a huge crowd after church crowd. We didn't have to wait long at all. They are better than the ihop on cobb parkway. Normally we have to wait an hour on Cobb Pkwy ihop. We got our food less than 30mins tops , really fast and the food was good and no correction needed. They get A++ for all the hard work they done at this establishment. We will be coming back again.

Amazing Experience at IHOP in Austell! I had an absolutely amazing experience at IHOP in Austell! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Brandon, the greeter, was very personable, welcoming, and amusing. He immediately made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. Trinity, our waitress, was also incredibly personable, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. I especially want to recognize Randy, the store manager. He was absolutely amazing and truly exemplifies what great customer service should look like. His attention to the customers and overall presence made a wonderful experience even better. The restaurant was super clean, the food was amazing, and the entire staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Overall, this was a 5-star experience from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend this IHOP location and will absolutely be back. Great job, Brandon, Trinity, Randy, and the entire team! 👏🏽❤️🥞

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at the Austell IHOP today! From the moment we arrived, Brandon was very professional, welcoming, and courteous. Trinity was our server, and she was amazing! She was respectful, attentive, and efficient throughout our entire visit. She made sure we were taken care of and truly contributed to us having such an enjoyable experience. I also want to recognize Randy, the store manager/supervisor. He personally came over to greet us, checked to make sure our food was prepared properly, and made sure we were enjoying our visit. That level of customer service and leadership definitely stood out. Overall, we had a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Brandon, Trinity, and Randy, for making our visit so enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you want, I can also make it a little shorter and more natural-sounding for Google, while still giving all three of them recognition.

I had a great experience at IHOP! I was seated immediately when I walked in, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Brandon provided excellent customer service, Randy the store manager was very welcoming and attentive, and Trinity was a wonderful server. Everyone was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I definitely appreciate the great service and would come back again!

I had a great experience at IHOP! From the moment we walked in, Brandon, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. He greeted us with a positive attitude and made sure we were taken care of right away. Our server, Trinity, was also amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was quick, and she checked on us without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. I also want to give a shoutout to Randy, the supervisor, for making sure everything was running smoothly and that the customers were being taken care of. You could tell that the team genuinely cared about providing good customer service. Overall, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Brandon, Trinity, and Randy definitely made my visit a great one, and I would gladly come back!

This is a great restaurant smells nice. It feels nice. The music is good. My server. Danielle was five stars plus the manager Randy also made his presence known we were greeted as soon as we walked into the door. They were all smiles very welcoming environment. I love this place 10 out of 10 best IHOP in Cobb County.

Came in with my son for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted and sat quickly. Our server, Katie, came over almost immediately and introduced herself and suggested several drink options. After a few minutes of allowing us to look over the menu she assisted us on getting the food we wanted. I decided on the delicious cinnamonbun crepes (which Katie helped me properly pronounce upon my request) and my son decided on the Philly stacker with hash browns. Both meals were perfectly cooked. During our meal, manager Derrick came out and asked how everything was and thanked us for coming in. Katie was amazing and made sure we had refills and we're satisfied. She is an amazing server. We will definitely be back again soon.
