The food was good. Service was good. like the senior meals. just enough food. The little coffee pots on the table can be a little bigger. our table was out of ketchup. thankfully there was an empty table nearby. Whomever is responsible for checking the condiments needsa refresher. We were there at 7 am. it shouldn't have been empty.

Got breakfast. Their link sausages are the best, although still good, I feel the pancakes are changed. Waitress was fast, friendly and attentive. Manager is so friendly every time I go.

I recently visited IHOP on East West Connector Friday July 31st around noon. When I tell you the atmosphere and service is top notch. In particular my server. His name is Danielle. If we had more servers like him in every sit in establishment, it would be a better place for all. I will continue to go to this IHOP and hope that I get Danielle as my server or anyone like him. It was definitely worth the visit. Take care of this guy because he's a rare when it comes to great service

I’m out of town and still great customer service from everyone I can across, even the manager. Brandon at this location was great! My only gripe is the price of the omelettes. I’m all for the slim down of America, but the price needs to slim down too if it’s going to be smaller than before. Shrinkflation has been going on in a lot of places for some time and needs to be fixed

Easy access. Service Staff excellent. Coffee * Some of the best available in a restaurant. Daughter ordered side salad which came with actual GREEN in it as opposed to white iceberg which has little to no nutritive value. Will return to this location.

Shalita at IHOP provided outstanding customer service! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we sat down. Our food came out quickly, our drinks stayed full, and she had such a positive attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s hard to find service this great these days, and Shalita truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again. Thank you, Shalita, for making our visit so memorable!

This location was absolutely amazing. The manager and entire staff was awesome. It’s hard to find good service and food these days. The food was superb it taste like it was made at home. This was our first time and will not be the last dining here. Thank you to the entire staff including the cooks and greeters for your awesome service.

Went there on a Sunday for breakfast and Makayla was our server. She was exceptionally sweet. Very attentive, very fast with anything we need. We were very pleased with our food and service. Food came out fast, good and hot!

Good Morning 🌞😃☀️ my husband and I went to breakfast Sunday 07/12/26 after church this was our first time at this location. Manger was Randy and he was helping his crew and everything was running so smoothly. We had about a 20 min wait which wasn’t so bad. Our server was excellent can’t remember her name tall Caucasian her section was left of the check in station. We got a booth which we wanted service was top notch food was delivered hot and delicious. IHOP has new items on the menu they are always adding new items. We will definitely return to this location we live in SW Atlanta and had started going to the location in Douglassville now we won’t have to go so far for excellent service. Just bring back the large coffee pots❣️
