We have 2 IHOPs closer to us, but travel a bit further to come to the Austell location. Service is phenomenal and friendly from the greeters like Brandon to the servers like Ashley... to the deliscious food! Definitly worth traveling a bit further!

From the moment we walked in to the IHOP restaurant we were greeted with friendly faces, and everyone was so kind and nice. Getting our meal and the service was just right despite it being a weekend morning that was very crowded. The one thing that really stood out to us was how happy and kind the entire staff was not just at our table, but at all the tables and it really resonated with us. Needless to say, we will gladly be coming back!

I came into IHop and Kristina treated me like royalty. She answered all my questions and took great care of me. She also told her manager about me and treated me like family. We will make sure to come back on the regular.

I Drive past 2 ihops on hwy 41 just to come here Trinity is wonderful best I ever had the happiness at the restaurant can’t be matched whatever y’all are doing here you need a little more at every IHOP

Yesterday, had craving for Randy's special French Toast; passed the Hiram, I-Hop(yuck) , twice, drove 12 miles to Austell I-Hop , asked for Dominic ,as usual, ordered Fresh coffee & the $6 French toast special, fixed by Randy, only!, Sausage links & 2 cracked eggs, scrambled...fabulous. We discussed the Senior Cod dinner, & if I could swap my fries, for salad , "yes, Mam". Sooo, I had to come back today. Met at door by Ashley, I had called ahead, & she helped me in(I'm a handicapped senior), seated me near rear door, so I could exit straight to my car!. Ordered the senior Cod dinner, side salad( made with crispy leaf lettuce), and onion rings, (HUGE), There were two large pcs. of lightly breaded Cod..divine!! These two days were as gourmet as you can get at IHop..This location is strictly customer oriented & go out of their way to get the order, food, and service right!!! My only regret, I forgot to take pictures to share with you all! Kudo's to Randy and Neal, Management....top notch servers & top tier service , impeccably clean ! AND IF a special request is needed ( like sourdough bread for BLT), this is your go-to place!

My waitress Adriana was the best server I’ve ever had. I had my two toddlers which was chaotic and she was so helpful the entire time. Amazing!

The food was good. Service was good. like the senior meals. just enough food. The little coffee pots on the table can be a little bigger. our table was out of ketchup. thankfully there was an empty table nearby. Whomever is responsible for checking the condiments needsa refresher. We were there at 7 am. it shouldn't have been empty.

Got breakfast. Their link sausages are the best, although still good, I feel the pancakes are changed. Waitress was fast, friendly and attentive. Manager is so friendly every time I go.

I recently visited IHOP on East West Connector Friday July 31st around noon. When I tell you the atmosphere and service is top notch. In particular my server. His name is Danielle. If we had more servers like him in every sit in establishment, it would be a better place for all. I will continue to go to this IHOP and hope that I get Danielle as my server or anyone like him. It was definitely worth the visit. Take care of this guy because he's a rare when it comes to great service

I’m out of town and still great customer service from everyone I can across, even the manager. Brandon at this location was great! My only gripe is the price of the omelettes. I’m all for the slim down of America, but the price needs to slim down too if it’s going to be smaller than before. Shrinkflation has been going on in a lot of places for some time and needs to be fixed

Easy access. Service Staff excellent. Coffee * Some of the best available in a restaurant. Daughter ordered side salad which came with actual GREEN in it as opposed to white iceberg which has little to no nutritive value. Will return to this location.
