This is my preferred location in the area. Service is regularly good, our last 3 servers have been super good, even when they are full. The sitting arrangements for some reason feel more private than other locations. This location makes me remember IHOP from the Golden Era. Recommended.

Food was not good at all after I raved about the gluten-free menu and when I got here realized that gluten-free pancakes was no longer an option and the gluten-free options that I had or terrible. Here for a birthday dinner and was very disappointed

The staff is friendly. The place is always clean when I come in. I appreciate the kindness and the great customer service. Recommend dining in. It was packed when I got there but it ran so smooth. I got my food in a timely manner quicker than I thought. Checkout was easy. Server was great! Host was great and the teamwork is amazing to see.

My family and myself decided to go have breakfast at IHOP this morning. I was skeptical at first because we haven’t had a great experience there in the past. I’m not sure what this location is doing different but man, it was awesome this morning! Jennifer was our server and she took such good care of us! We will definitely be going back!
