My family and I came to eat after my cousin’s fifth grade graduation. Our waitress was Leanne, she made the experience quick and easy. She was patient, kind, and even spoke a bit of spanish which was helpful. She was also very attentive and funny. Sometimes these waiters have a bit of attitude, but she didn’t, she was ready to help with anything we needed:)

This is my preferred location in the area. Service is regularly good, our last 3 servers have been super good, even when they are full. The sitting arrangements for some reason feel more private than other locations. This location makes me remember IHOP from the Golden Era. Recommended.

Food was not good at all after I raved about the gluten-free menu and when I got here realized that gluten-free pancakes was no longer an option and the gluten-free options that I had or terrible. Here for a birthday dinner and was very disappointed
