After my last review a year ago l had to edit my last review customer service was horrible, so my husband and l decided we were going to give here another try. Can l tell you the new manager there is excellent everything is on point. Mr I don't know your name but l just want to say a BIG THANK YOU SIR EXCELLENT JOB. These folks want to learn your name and make you feel like family. Positive attitudes everywhere. Alex was our server. He listened well, made sure to ask about preferences, and nothing was a problem for him. He was competent, efficient, and kind. The young lady that brought our food was equally attentive. Loved her bright personality. The steak in my omelet was tender and well seasoned. My husband's pancakes were so fresh he had to let them cool first. The manager spoke to us also. Checked to see that everything had gone well. Think I'll have to make this store a regular stop when I travelthrough. Great people and delicious food.

Really worried about IHOP the prices are ridiculous no way in the world 🌎 they are higher than waffle House I mean com on man but clean restaurant and great cooks here

I was greeted by 3 beautiful hosr and Shianne really stood out with an infectious smile that made me feel welcome. My server Devin was outstanding warm and friendly and excellent customer service skills. The manager Janet was also attentive and warm checking constantly with us as well as other patrons as to how their food and service was.

I had a wonderful experience at IHOP! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a lovely young lady, Shian, who truly set the tone with her welcoming energy. Shortly after, the manager, Janet, greeted us with a smile and seated us, making us feel right at home. Our server, Devon, was polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Overall, the excellent customer service from the entire team made this such a pleasant experience. IHOP has always been one of my favorite places for breakfast, and this visit is exactly why I keep coming back!
